A suitcase-style gift box for a single bottle, built in PU leather over rigid board with silk-screen printing — made to order for collector and anniversary editions.
This packaging programme was developed for Xijiu, a flagship bottling built for collector and anniversary editions. The brief centred on protecting a single bottle in transit while presenting the bottle as a gift the moment the box is opened.
Structure
The pack is built as a suitcase-style gift box sized to a single bottle. A moulded pulp tray holds each item in place, so nothing shifts in transit and the contents sit square when the lid is lifted.
Materials
Pu leather over rigid board gives the box enough rigidity to stack and ship without corner crush. Wall thickness and board grade are selected to match the weight of the contents.
Printing and finishing
Branding is applied with silk-screen printing, finished with a textured embossed pattern across the lid. Colour is managed to CMYK with Pantone spot matching available for brand-critical elements.
Made to order
Size, board grade, insert shape and finishing are all specified per project. We produce from a low minimum order quantity, provide a pre-production sample for approval, and ship worldwide from our Shenzhen, Guizhou and Chengdu facilities.
