This packaging programme was developed for Guotai, a flagship bottling built for high-end retail shelves. The brief centred on protecting a single bottle in transit while presenting the bottle as a gift the moment the box is opened.

Structure

The pack is built as a double-door gift box sized to a single bottle. A velvet-flocked tray holds each item in place, so nothing shifts in transit and the contents sit square when the lid is lifted.

Materials

Pu leather over rigid board gives the box enough rigidity to stack and ship without corner crush. Wall thickness and board grade are selected to match the weight of the contents.

Printing and finishing

Branding is applied with laser engraving, finished with matte lamination with spot UV on the emblem. Colour is managed to CMYK with Pantone spot matching available for brand-critical elements.

Made to order

Size, board grade, insert shape and finishing are all specified per project. We produce from a low minimum order quantity, provide a pre-production sample for approval, and ship worldwide from our Shenzhen, Guizhou and Chengdu facilities.
