Middle East Gift Set

Industry

Light Luxury Gifts

The Challenge

A regional gifting programme needed gold-heavy finishes that survive high heat and humidity in transit.

Our Solution

Heat-resistant foil and adhesive specification, reinforced board, and a humidity-cycling test before sign-off.

The Result

Delivered across two gifting seasons with no finish failures reported.

Project Story

Middle East Gift Set started from a single constraint: a regional gifting programme needed gold-heavy finishes that survive high heat and humidity in transit. The failure mode we had to design out first was foil lifting on tight radii — everything else in the specification follows from that.

Structure

We resolved it with a suitcase-style gift box, sized to the actual contents rather than to a stock die-line. A die-cut EVA insert holds each piece at a fixed position, so the pack arrives square and opens the same way every time.

Materials

Textured specialty paper carries the load. Board grade and wall thickness are matched to the weight and fragility of the contents, so the box survives palletised freight without corner crush or lid bow.

Printing and finishing

Branding is applied with embossing and debossing and finished with matte lamination with spot UV. Colour runs to CMYK, with Pantone spot matching for brand-critical marks and a printed proof before the run.

Quality control

Each run is checked against the approved sample: dimensions, insert fit, colour density and finish adhesion. Drop and stack tests are available for export shipments.

Applying this to your project

Delivered across two gifting seasons with no finish failures reported. Die-line, insert tooling and board spec are kept on file, so repeat runs need no re-tooling. Send us product dimensions and target quantity for a quote against this structure.
