Frequently Asked Questions
Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a manufacturer. Our design and sampling centre is in Shenzhen, with our own plants in Chengdu (Sichuan) and Zunyi (Guizhou). You are welcome to audit the facility in person or by video.
Where is your factory located? How can I visit?
Design and sampling are based in Shenzhen; manufacturing plants are in Chengdu, Sichuan and Zunyi, Guizhou. Both are served by international airports — we arrange pickup and a full plant tour.
How many days will it take to complete samples? What about mass production?
Digital or virtual samples take 1–3 days; finished physical samples take 5–7 working days. Mass production is typically 10–15 working days depending on quantity and finishing.
How do we proceed with samples?
Share your artwork or a reference sample, confirm structure and material, then we produce a white sample for structure check and a printed sample for colour sign-off before tooling for mass production.
Can we have our logo or company information on your products or packaging?
Certainly. Your logo can be applied by printing, embossing, debossing, gold or silver foil, colour hot stamping, spot UV or stickers — we recommend the method based on your substrate and brand guidelines.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ starts at 500 pieces for folding cartons and 1,000 pieces for rigid gift boxes. It moves with size, board grade and finishing — share your specification and we will quote the most economical run.
Can I get a free sample? Is the sample fee refundable?
Stock samples are free — you only cover courier cost. Custom samples carry a tooling and setup fee, which is fully credited back to you once the mass order is confirmed.
What artwork file formats do you accept?
Send AI, PDF, PSD or CDR with fonts outlined and images at 300 dpi. We also accept a physical sample or a hand sketch — our structural team will build the dieline for you.
Which printing methods do you offer?
Offset for long runs with exact Pantone colour, digital for short runs and variable data, plus flexo for corrugated. Finishing includes matte or gloss lamination, foil, embossing, spot UV and soft-touch coating.
What materials can you work with?
Coated art paper, kraft, grey board, corrugated board, speciality textured paper and rigid board. For inserts we supply EVA, PET, paper pulp and fabric-wrapped foam.
Are your packaging materials eco-friendly and recyclable?
Yes. We offer FSC-certified paper, recycled board with 60–100% post-consumer fibre, soy-based inks and plastic-free structural designs. Tell us your target market and we will match the local compliance requirements.
What certifications does your factory hold?
Our plants operate under ISO 9001 quality management and hold FSC chain-of-custody certification. Social compliance audits such as BSCI and Sedex are available on request, and we support third-party inspections.
How do you control quality?
Incoming material is inspected, colour is checked against a signed proof during printing, and finished goods pass AQL 2.5 sampling before packing. We share photos and a full QC report before shipment.
What payment terms do you accept?
Standard terms are 30% deposit with the balance before shipment. We accept T/T bank transfer, L/C at sight and PayPal for sample fees. Long-term partners can apply for open account terms.
Which shipping terms and Incoterms do you support?
We ship EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP by sea, air, rail or express courier. Sea freight suits full cartons above 1 CBM; air and express are faster for samples and urgent reorders.
How long does shipping take?
Express courier takes 3–7 days, air freight 7–12 days and sea freight 20–35 days depending on destination and customs clearance. We quote the realistic transit time with your order, not a best case.
Do you provide structural design and dieline service?
Yes, in-house and free of charge. Our structural engineers design the box to protect your product, minimise material waste and cut shipping volume, then deliver a print-ready dieline.
Will you sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA)?
Willingly. Send your NDA or use ours — we sign before you share artwork, and we never display client packaging in our portfolio without written permission.
What is your monthly production capacity?
Across our two plants we run about 3 million boxes per month. Peak seasons are planned two months ahead, so booking early secures your slot.
Do you support OEM and ODM projects?
Both. OEM means we manufacture strictly to your drawings and brand standards; ODM means you pick from our existing structures and we adapt size, material and printing to your brand.
Which industries do you serve?
Cosmetics and skincare, electronics and 3C accessories, food and beverage, jewellery and watches, apparel, health supplements and gift sets. Each has its own compliance and finishing know-how, which we apply per project.
How do I get a quote? What information do you need?
Tell us box type, dimensions, material, printing colours, finishing and quantity — a photo or sketch helps. We reply with a detailed quotation within 24 hours on working days.
Can you ship to multiple addresses or hold stock for us?
Yes. We split shipments across destinations and can hold finished stock in our warehouse for scheduled releases — useful for e-commerce brands running rolling launches.
What if the goods arrive damaged or do not match the approved sample?
Report within 7 days of receipt with photos and we will remake, credit or refund. Claims are handled by the same sales engineer who ran your order, so there is no handover delay.
Do you handle export documentation and customs clearance?
We prepare commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and any fumigation or material declarations your country requires. Under DDP terms we also arrange destination customs clearance.
