Custom Shoe Boxes

For footwear labels and direct-to-consumer shipping teams, custom shoe boxes often decide whether the product arrives looking like the brand it came from. Corrugated walls take stacking and courier handling without crushing the toe box. That is the brief we start from — structure first, decoration second.

Materials begin at Corrugated E-flute / 1200gsm rigid; films, inserts and reinforcements are specified against how the goods will be handled, not just how they look on a render. We print CMYK + Pantone, foil stamping and finish with Matte / gloss lamination, spot UV.

500 pcs minimum, 12–15 days lead time after sample approval. You get a dieline, a plain sample for fit-checking, and a printed sample before the run; cartons ship flat or assembled to suit your line.
