Skincare Set Presentation Box started from a single constraint: five products of different heights had to sit level in one box, with no rattling and no wasted shelf space. The failure mode we had to design out first was rattling between items of different heights — everything else in the specification follows from that.

Structure

We resolved it with a drawer-style rigid box, sized to the actual contents rather than to a stock die-line. A die-cut EVA insert holds each piece at a fixed position, so the pack arrives square and opens the same way every time.

Materials

Coated art paper over rigid board carries the load. Board grade and wall thickness are matched to the weight and fragility of the contents, so the box survives palletised freight without corner crush or lid bow.

Printing and finishing

Branding is applied with spot UV highlighting and finished with matte lamination with spot UV. Colour runs to CMYK, with Pantone spot matching for brand-critical marks and a printed proof before the run.

Quality control

Each run is checked against the approved sample: dimensions, insert fit, colour density and finish adhesion. Drop and stack tests are available for export shipments.

Applying this to your project

Approved on the first sample round; the set became the brand’s seasonal hero SKU. Die-line, insert tooling and board spec are kept on file, so repeat runs need no re-tooling. Send us product dimensions and target quantity for a quote against this structure.
