A drawer-style rigid box for a jar-sealed ceramic bottle, built in rigid greyboard wrapped in metallic-finish paper with silk-screen printing — made to order for festival gifting and corporate giving.
This packaging programme was developed for Guotai, a flagship bottling built for festival gifting and corporate giving. The brief centred on protecting a jar-sealed ceramic bottle in transit while presenting the bottle as a gift the moment the box is opened.
Structure
The pack is built as a drawer-style rigid box sized to a jar-sealed ceramic bottle. A die-cut EVA insert holds each item in place, so nothing shifts in transit and the contents sit square when the lid is lifted.
Materials
Rigid greyboard wrapped in metallic-finish paper gives the box enough rigidity to stack and ship without corner crush. Wall thickness and board grade are selected to match the weight of the contents.
Printing and finishing
Branding is applied with silk-screen printing, finished with matte lamination with spot UV on the emblem. Colour is managed to CMYK with Pantone spot matching available for brand-critical elements.
Made to order
Size, board grade, insert shape and finishing are all specified per project. We produce from a low minimum order quantity, provide a pre-production sample for approval, and ship worldwide from our Shenzhen, Guizhou and Chengdu facilities.
